New Giving Hands Program Needs You!

Dear FIC Supporters,

The FIC is launching its first monthly donor campaign, Giving Hands, with an exciting grant incentive that you can make happen!

Sign up for Giving Hands today and FIC will receive a $100 grant award! That’s right, your commitment to donate as little as $5 per month can provide 20 times that in additional funding from the Fund for Democratic Communities.

Last week we announced FIC’s evolution from the Fellowship for Intentional Community to the Foundation for Intentional Community. We transformed our brand look and made major improvements to ic.org. We are primed to serve the communities movement better than ever before, but we need additional financial support to carry out this mission.

Donate $5, $10, $25 or more a month to build a sound foundation for FIC, while taking advantage of affordable and flexible donation options. This monthly giving circle of committed friends will provide FIC with financial stability and sustenance throughout the year.

If you are already an FIC member or contributor, consider this opportunity to maximize your giving to make a greater impact in helping FIC spread the wisdom of community to the world.

Join our Giving Hands circle by starting your recurring monthly donation today. Just go to https://www.ic.org/donate/ and select the ‘make my donation monthly’ option to join.

I look forward to welcoming you! Please contact me if you have questions or would like a paper enrollment form.

In cooperation,

Carrie Rasmussen, FIC Development Director

P.S. The first 60 people to sign up for Giving Hands will receive a $10 gift card to the Communities Bookstore!

For every person or household that signs up in Giving Hands before September 30, with a recurring monthly donation of $5 or more, the Foundation for Intentional Community (FIC) will receive $100 from the Fund for Democratic Communities (F4DC), for a maximum of $6,000. The Giving Hands monthly giving program accepts credit cards and is compatible with Paypal for withdrawals from checking or savings accounts. Enrollment is intended for 12 months or more; however, you can cancel your enrollment at any time. The Foundation for Intentional Community Is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

FIC is grateful for this opportunity to build our financial resilience through grassroots support.
