Xochiraíz is a regenerative land project on Mexico’s Pacific coast. Everything starts with reading the land — water, soil, sun — and turning that into food forests, rainwater systems, and structures built from what the coast offers. What a cohort builds becomes permanent, from garden beds to the governance holding the next arrival.
Regenerative Agriculture and Permaculture Design builds soil, food forests, and water systems from the ground up. Eco-Conscious Building raises structures in bamboo, cob, and rammed earth, including a five-day Natural Building Workshop. EcoVillage Design works governance and land use by design, not as a value statement. Community reaches beyond the programs: an artist residency creates alongside the build, and a culinary residency grounds daily life in farm-to-table meals.
If you’re drawn to a place shaped by those who show up, this is an invitation to help shape it.
