What we do

CURRENTLY SEEKING 5 PEOPLE/FAMILIES TO SERVE AS THE FOUNDERS GROUP TO SET-UP THE INITIAL COMMUNITY STRUCTURE TOGETHER. WE ARE ALSO IN NEED OF INVESTORS TO GET STARTED.
Our SAGE Community Project is about starting from scratch to build a sustainable, eco-friendly and modern village whose goal it is to collaborate, communicate, educate and ultimately build the village of the future. The time is now and everyone knows it. We feel it in our bones and in our souls. Weather you call it evolution, healing the earth, ascension, a better way to live, a sustainable planetary future this is it. It’s time we the people take the next step. Our SAGE Community project is about learning and doing together to make our visions of the next phase a realty. Our vision currently has five main values in which all our investments and projects will align with. These are:
Sustainability: To heal ourselves we must also heal our planet and eco-systems.
Abundance: The universe provides more than enough for everyone.
Global Outreach: As we build and grow and learn we want to collaborate globally for what works and what doesn’t. We have the technology to do this, and if we work together we are strong.
Enjoyment: What ever happened to just plain fun? Isn’t that what we crave when we crave community? Enjoying our selves and our friends is what its all about.
Community: Nurturing our village and our relationships and getting closer again is important, and we want to remember how together. Weather it’s your neighbors next door, or your neighbors across the continent.
We are currently seeking to form the leadership team and pioneers of the community in which we envision a total of five people/couples/families starting out on a piece of land in Tennessee. We have secured 50 Acres of land in Van Buren County. Approximately 6 acres are sort of cleared (needs to be cleaned up) and 44 acres we would like to remain forested. At this time it just my husband and I. We are eager to meet some potential leadership candidates and are excited to hear your input as well.

Our Mission

It is our mission to join the collective consciousness and propel our evolution to the next phase of humanity, harmony and healing by building a working model of the way communities can live together in balance with each other, the earth, animals and other beings. We will strive to collect knowledge and project education as a means to facilitate our objectives on the global arena.

Economic model

  • Partial Income-Sharing

Members contribute a percentage of income to community funds.

Economic scenarios for this community

  • There is a one-time fee, investment, or share purchase to join the community separate from accessing housing
  • Members need to pay fees, dues, or similar to live there on a per month or per year basis
  • There is a labor obligation

Additional economic information

Join fee: Yes
Regular fees: Yes
Labor: Yes
Members with pre-existing debt: allowed
Our vision is that we utilize the resources of the land, structures and human talent to start and build multiple small businesses and income streams while working toward self reliance in our small community. We do not have a hard dollar amount it will take to invest in the initial housing and startups, and are willing to consider more than just dollars as an investment. This is something that will be discussed with the core leadership group we are forming so we can all decide together.

Join us in Our Adventure of Co-Creating a Life of Peace, Love, and Abundance Together!

LOOKING FOR OUR NEW FAMILY OF CO CREATORS TO JOIN OUR ADVENTURE! Message us to schedule a visit! More about us and our vision below! Read on and we look forward to hearing from you soon if you feel in alignment with our vision! A forming and co-created spiritually-oriented intentional community and homestead nestled in the beautiful woods of Northern Michigan. We are focused on self-awareness, free and open spiritual/consciousness development, sustainable living, self sufficiency, growing organic food, building small energy efficient homes/dwellings, peace, and freedom in all things. We are looking to build a community of like minded souls that share in our vision of creating a harmonious and sustainable way of life that is close to nature and focused on living from the heart/soul. Seeking kind, compassionate, caring, and emotionally mature souls who are good at non violent communication, resolving conflict peacefully, and working together. The community property is well on its way to sustainability already with a fruit orchard with over 18 apple trees and a variety of plum and pear trees. The property also has 2 very large organic gardens covering around 3 acres in total combined size filled with organic healthy vegetables for community self sufficiency, farm market selling, and food preserving (canning). We have plans to build a couple energy efficient green houses in the near future! We are also getting 30-40 chickens for egg production within the next month. Also considering a couple cows or goats for milk. We currently have 3 houses on the homestead property that are available to new community members for rent or work trade or a combination of both! The main community house has potentially 6 bedrooms available as well. We have plans to build multiple small/tiny homes and cabins in the beautiful woods here for members that are energy efficient and off grid with renewable clean energy/electricity and rainwater harvesting. We are working on a community in
