What we do

Opportunity to join a housing ownership COOP intentional community of LGBTQ + Friendly members west of Woodstock, NY.
Initially, there will be 14 small units, studios, and one bedrooms, which may lead to the addition of more homes.
10-minute drive to Woodstock village and 20-minute drive to Kingston. Car transportation is the best option for this location, but taxis and Uber are available.
In these times of uncertainty, being part of a community of like-minded individuals can be an antidote to feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Our Mission

WSTK LGBTQ + Friendly COOP is an intentional community that welcomes LGBTQ folks and their allies. As of October 19, 2025, there is an intended location contingent on assembling a group of investors to purchase the buildings.
While the inits are habitable, the overall complex needs investment to get it to good working order.
