Started out as a commercial farm specializing in certified biodynamic and organic mushrooms, eggs, veggies and fruits. The property consists of 38 acres of mostly forested land that is being managed for biodiversity, wildlife habitat, timber management and wildfire reduction. We have had volunteers and paid workers. Volunteers were somewhat of a formed community. Currently we are forming a farming community to be self-sufficient in food in an environmentally and spiritually conscious way. We seek help from nature spirits in all we do for help and guidance. We are looking for like-minded individuals to share the property. We plan to be farm/garden and forest management based.
To form a community principally to grow and raise our own food and to mange the forest with awareness to be in harmony with nature and spirit as we do so. Working towards an ideal quality of life to mutually help each other in all aspects of life. We honor nature by working with nature and not overpowering to create an ecologically and socially sound environment. Love the land, live simply, and avoid excessive consumerism.
