Quayside Village is a multigenerational cohousing community of about 36 people of all ages and family types. Ours is an urban 4 storey building of 19 residential units and 1 commercial unit. Beyond our units, we have several indoor and outdoor shared areas including a common house, flex space, central courtyard, deck, outdoor walkways, and more. As an established community, we are proud to be one of Canada’s oldest cohousing communities. We love living here!
We seek to be a community minded, sustainability-concerned group of neighbours sharing meals, participating on committees, and planning social activities. All of this happens on a small urban plot of land where we garden and enjoy our lives. For more details about our history, our building’s features, and our values, please visit our website.
Turn over for available units is typically low. That said, you are welcome to contact us by email to request to be added to our wait list for new openings. Almost all units are privately owned and sold accordingly. Any current listings will be posted our website as well as sent to the wait list.
