Welcome to Phoenix Haus, the biggest and baddest intentional community in the SHC. As home to 29 people, Phoenix is not the cleanest but we all have a lot of love for the house. We welcome students and non-students alike, and are located a short walk from campus if you’re into that. Phoenix is a home to all that are willing to make it their own! We offer a mix of singles and doubles, cozy common spaces, and plenty of parking in the trash lot. With so many personalities and energy under one roof, there’s bound to be something up most nights at Phoenix, but no telling what it will be. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure cooperative experience.
We seek to be an asset to the local community be providing affordable housing. We are open to students and non-students, however we mostly cater to MSU undergraduates.
