In general and in many forms and ways: -reconecting with the natural world and with ourselves,recovering of our energy and body , rising ways and activities that leads to frequency rising…that all includes some very basics of natural living, like sustainable food forest growing, native knowledge, vegan diet and all posible and optional individual activities that leads to clearer self perception, objectivity and general awareness rising .
