Living Eden Collective is a small cohousing community where individuals and families come together to share, grow, support one another, and explore topics such as sustainable living, organic farming, spirituality (welcoming all practices and religions), and social impact. The Collective is located near NYC, making it convenient for those who need to commute to the city.
Living Eden Collective is dedicated to creating a way of living that is communal, sustainable, and positive. Inspired by Ringing Cedars and Rudolf Steiner’s ideals of a threefold community, it serves as an urban oasis for connection, conscious living, and holistic well-being.

Private homes with shared common facilities, designed for neighborly
