Our organization owns three properties available for development and occupancy in Hot Springs and Royal, Arkansas. We offer on and off-grid living and Retreat opportunities. We are open to any ideas.
We currently have one off-grid lodgings in a semi-rural city area that are dedicated to people who are interested in communal living and are willing to learn sustainability practices. This is for anyone who would like to increase their knowledge before being in the fully immersive experience of Off-Grid living. Our Off-Grid Community is a fully immersive experience in tune with nature, including organic gardening and community created housing.
Hot Springs, Arkansas is a wonderful exciting and sleepy tourist town, The perfect blend of excitement and rest. During your back to nature retreats you would see both the on and off-grid facilities. You can attend workshops led by specialists whose primary desire is to improve the black community and teach sustainable practices. The workshops specialize in off-grid preparedness, defense, sustainable agriculture, real estate actual building enhancement and repair critical for sustainable living.
