**EARTH’S CIRCLE ORG. Healing & Thriving Center**
**OUR VISION:**
A return to live in harmony with all life through a cultivation of our relationship to our self, our body, our mind, each other and nature.
Our offerings, always growing and refining, currently encompass principles of ancestral wisdoms as well as modern and innovative practices such as:
~ Lakota
~ Toltec
~ Rinzai Zen Buddhism
~ Aikido (philosophy)
~ Inipi Ceremony (sweat lodge)
~ Talking Circle
~ Open & non-aggressive communication – conflict resolution
~ Transpersonal Psychology
~ Yoga
~ Nervous system healing method
~ Restorative body/mind/spirit approach
~ Herbalism
~ Nutrition
In addition, we are working towards integrating regenerative permaculture, sacred geometry and natural building as well as other complementary pathways such as rite of passage, natural homeschooling, vision quest ceremony and more.

**AS A COMMUNITY:**
We honor Nature by living with the seasonal rhythms, giving care and consideration to all of our actions and what we consume. We mostly eat organic whole foods and love finding local sources. We strive to only eat animal products that have been humanly raised/processed and greatly appreciate well water. We seek to support and nurture the resiliency of our immune system through the use of herbs and other natural/holistic methods. We use solar energy and wood fires, collect rain water and use composting practices.
We strive to foster open communication that nurtures both receptive and decisive action in problem solving. We commit to relentlessly engage in internal and external awareness- mindfully conducting ourselves with respect in community spaces. This means helping each other in holding ourselves accountable – progressing towards discerning any dysfunctional ways or patterns and proceeding to self-correction.
At the foundation, we have a clear intent to do our own shadow work and aspire for excellence with all our endeavors while navigating daily life. Shadow work is largely under valued and often misunderstood but is in fact fundamental to a healthy collective path. For us, it is a way of life.
Our intention is to create a collaborative community that learns, shares, and practices the following:
~ Cultivating one’s spiritual connection.
~ Detoxing false beliefs & negative habits (shadow work)
~ Recovering and nurturing a healthy body and mind.
~ Grasping self-governance as the underpinning of any healthy system.
~ Systems of collaboration and reciprocity, such as holacracy and honoring the 8 forms of capital.
~ Worldviews that go beyond the propaganda of global financial systems.
~ Achieving success for one’s life goals.

**CURRENTLY SEEKING MEMBERS:**
As we continue to co-create this healing center, we are in search of dynamic, motivated, energetically balanced individuals to join us full or part time. One must have the ability to be both independent and collaborative.
Within a full time commitment, we welcome potential core members who embody two fundamental traits:
~ A diligent commitment to their own healing and shadow work
• This way of life requires great commitment and daily practice, but is invaluably rewarding.
~ A diligent commitment to being at the service of all life and support of young generations
• We understand that harmonizing with Creation involves serving where we are most needed through offering our unique gifts.

**PRESENTLY** pursuing a property in the mountains SE of Albuquerque NM. This new space provides 100 + forested acres, a house, large shop, pavilion, and immense possibilities.
We are considering using a land trust to purchase as a collective. Open for the right people to join us at our current location as we prepare for the transition.
We have various accommodations and facilities in resonance with this vision, as well some assets to relocate to the new property.
