We are a cohesive group of like-minded singles, couples, elders, teens and children that by unity have come together to prepare for the coming times of financial hardship and cataclysmic events that could challenge our way of living as we know it today – sharing knowledge, skills, resources and labor to ensure our future and well-being.
We are looking for sound, responsible, service-minded individuals to join our community who are willing to share positive skills. Our current members have a variety of skills including maintenance, farm work (livestock and agriculture), teachers, doctors, permaculture, mechanics, electricians, paramedics, dentists, and security, all professions and skills are accepted.
All faiths, cultures and individuals who are passionate about preserving life and taking care of day-to-day operations are encouraged to join.
We accept well socialized dogs, cats and birds.

*To be considered a candidate each adult must pass background check and interview.
*We are looking for individuals who are FREE of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco.
*Service-minded, responsible individuals are desired.

One person or partnership has ultimate authority.
A single person, couple, or small group makes most major decisions.
Primary authority rests with the community’s founder(s) or designated leader(s).
In general, everyone’s input is valued and asked for from the time they arrive, all decisions are made by consensus. However; because of the nature of our current society, and the difficulties that almost everyone is experiencing now, we have leaders for special tasks, team leaders are sometimes needed to keep things focused and on track.
• Expenses consist of taxes, insurance, supplies, and expansion as needed, are covered by the membership monthly fee of $40;
• Any surplus of treasury is held for the following year;
• Making budgets and keeping records are the responsibility of the Board of Directors;
• There is to be NO demand for or exchange of currency within community borders.
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.

Members with pre-existing debt: allowed
Each perspective member has to be able to buy into the Membership.

Community members have completely independent finances;
In general, everyone must be self-sufficient financially at this point;
Financial assistance can be available for a few if you are a really good fit for the community;
An individual’s outside debt is not a community debt.
Resources and skills/labor is expected for the benefit of all.
Garden(s), Greenhouse(s), Library, Workshop, Swimming pond or pool, Large Scale Kitchen, Stage or Auditorium, Swingsets & play areas, Gym or sports area

Private homes with shared common facilities, designed for neighborly
interaction while maintaining independence.
Shared living spaces with private bedrooms/bathrooms and communal
kitchens, dining, and social areas.
Integrated communities designed around ecological principles with sustainable living practices.
Communal living with shared resources, property, and often income or work responsibilities
Geographically close groups of independently-owned homes whose residents actively cultivate community relationships and shared values.
A residential project: people live here as their primary home.
An institution, business, network, or project that isn’t a residence (e.g. a learning center, farm, or network with no one living there full-time).
