We are a privately owned working off-grid/on-grid hybrid homestead that we like to call an “ecovilla”. We cannot possibly be an entire ecovillage though that is exactly what we support in having around us. The governance style is “voluntaryism” with all interactions being voluntary and optional at all times. This also includes key tenets from anarchism to include “Use no force” and
“Do no harm”. There is no collective governance as we see all of those arrangements as mob rule in some form or fashion. We adhere to principles of individual liberty, free will, personal responsibility and self governance which could be labeled as true anarchy.
We seek to use our free will and dominion in the “intended good ways”. This is to live closely with the land and the natural order.
We do not align ourselves with any mainstream religion but instead focus on basic morality as demonstrated in the Ten Commandments. On a level of human relations, this could perhaps be summed up as do no harm to others and never use force to cause others to act. We should all be making the world a better place by kindness, sharing and a solutions based lifestyle.
We are a family friendly environment and prefer moderate behavior that is a good example to all ages that are watching. Modesty is the norm without over-the-top strictness.
We strive to live a healthy lifestyle as close to the land as possible. We strive to be increasingly self reliant in food, energy, medicine, etc. We seek to be as sustainable as possible while closing the loop on waste of any kind. We implement permaculture principles which is a system based on the natural order
Seeking like “minded people” on the following key points.
* Anti-establishment – no religion, politics, standard western medicine, public education(indoctrination), fiat use minimized as much as possible
* Clean body and environment – no jabs, fear muzzles(masks), no synthetics, no gmo, no wireless devices, no addictions to meds or illicit substances, no smoking, limited alcohol and/or 420, no microwaves, no drama, no proselytizing/forceful dogma/doctrine
*Worldview – positive work ethic towards changing the world to a better place, balanced enough in giving/taking to be a net gain to the situation, do no harm and use no force, full personal responsibility, self governance instead of government/mob rule, voluntarism all interactions voluntary, pro 2A for hunting and defensive measures but never for aggression, truth seeking, abide by natural order to include lifetime alignment to natal gender
General personality – self aware of personal issues/triggers, capable of effective communication, hard working, kind/patient/gentle/calm by choice, truth oriented enough to be able to consider/discuss ideas/knowledge/positions without personal offense, generous to a balanced degree, inclined to work to make the world a better place, honest always, loyal once it is earned, trusting once it is earned

A back and forth discussion intended to assure all parties that it would be a good fit. Any prospective member must prove to be able to get along with everyone already in the community. Any prospective member must demonstrate the ability to be a physical asset to the community on a daily basis. All members of a strong community must be a net gain rather that neutral or a net loss to the endeavor. Like-mindedness is a strong factor for long term arrangements.

Self governance (anarchy) is coupled with voluntary cooperative efforts focused on mutual benefit. The focus is on clear and open communication, free choice and willing participation. Cooperation is the key and willing participation is the best for everyone. Family matters remain family matters. Personal matters remain personal matters unless they become detrimental to the community at large. Generosity, accountability to each other and a cooperative attitude helps keep things in check.
