Hi I bought land in Caroline County in Goldsboro, Maryland that I would like to create an intentional community at. The property is mostly wooded and is 13.3 acres. There is a house with a garage on one end of it that my dad lives at. He’s not interested in being part of the community so he’ll be just like a friendly neighbor. I am open to ideas but generally think a bunch of cob houses in the woods is what I’m thinking with a large main house in the middle. Hopefully maybe a huge garden, maybe an area that is like a campsite. We shall see what develops from the people that get involved.
I think a focus on sustainability would be key for this community.
