What we do

        • Just 1 guy at the moment looking at forming up a community now. With some help from my family, I’m close to buying land in Eastern or middle of Tennessee or Kentucky with a house and barns. The place we’re most interested in has a lot of acres. I’m planning on having a large garden, pigs, ducks, chickens, geese, hair sheep, dairy goats with the goal of producing at least 70% of all food. Also I’m planning on fruit shrubs and trees, nut trees too. I’d like to setup the community to share the work load and food produced.

Additional income possibilities for each individual for personal use could be done in their free time and they’d choose how to spend it. For example, sewing, knitting, cottage food industry for farmers markets, raising guinea pigs to sell.
So I’d like to find like minded individuals that would share my vision. I will update this post as new developments come about. Families and individuals would be welcome, if you just wanted to stay temporarily to learn about agriculture then that’s perfectly fine too.

Our Mission

    • It is my belief that every person should focus on making the next generations better than the previous and that’s best accomplished through strong communities where people share knowledge. Regenerative agriculture is the way of the future and how it should be done, treating it as an ecosystem.

How to join

I’m a laid back type of person most of the time. I expect people to not be fake. Being straight to the point and not wasting time is important to me when it comes to asking questions to someone and also when someone wants to ask me questions to determine if they’re a good fit.

Basic expectations or agreements for members

We’re very close to buying the land, so if you wanted to visit I’d ask you to please be patient.

Primary decision-making authority

  • Single Leader or Founding Couple

One person or partnership has ultimate authority.

Decision-making process

  • Leadership Decides

A single person, couple, or small group makes most major decisions.

Governance structure

  • Founder/Leader-led

Primary authority rests with the community’s founder(s) or designated leader(s).

Conflict resolution approach

                                1. I do believe in having solid leadership with input from all members, dictatorships DON’T last long. Fostering upcoming leaders and giving responsibilities to those is important because I’m 47 now and won’t be around forever, someday I will have to pass the torch.

Economic model

  • Partial Income-Sharing

Members contribute a percentage of income to community funds.

Economic scenarios for this community

  • There is a labor obligation

Additional economic information

Members with pre-existing debt: allowed

    • Like I was saying earlier, additional income possibilities for each individual for personal income use could be done. This income is yours and free to do with as you chose, whether you want spend it or save it up.

Join us in Our Adventure of Co-Creating a Life of Peace, Love, and Abundance Together!

LOOKING FOR OUR NEW FAMILY OF CO CREATORS TO JOIN OUR ADVENTURE! Message us to schedule a visit! More about us and our vision below! Read on and we look forward to hearing from you soon if you feel in alignment with our vision! A forming and co-created spiritually-oriented intentional community and homestead nestled in the beautiful woods of Northern Michigan. We are focused on self-awareness, free and open spiritual/consciousness development, sustainable living, self sufficiency, growing organic food, building small energy efficient homes/dwellings, peace, and freedom in all things. We are looking to build a community of like minded souls that share in our vision of creating a harmonious and sustainable way of life that is close to nature and focused on living from the heart/soul. Seeking kind, compassionate, caring, and emotionally mature souls who are good at non violent communication, resolving conflict peacefully, and working together. The community property is well on its way to sustainability already with a fruit orchard with over 18 apple trees and a variety of plum and pear trees. The property also has 2 very large organic gardens covering around 3 acres in total combined size filled with organic healthy vegetables for community self sufficiency, farm market selling, and food preserving (canning). We have plans to build a couple energy efficient green houses in the near future! We are also getting 30-40 chickens for egg production within the next month. Also considering a couple cows or goats for milk. We currently have 3 houses on the homestead property that are available to new community members for rent or work trade or a combination of both! The main community house has potentially 6 bedrooms available as well. We have plans to build multiple small/tiny homes and cabins in the beautiful woods here for members that are energy efficient and off grid with renewable clean energy/electricity and rainwater harvesting. We are working on a community in
