Members elect leaders who make decisions within defined roles.
As the “community” has not yet formed yet, there is currently only the founder/landowner to start the screening process. In-time, if/when the community establishes, more invested individuals will take on the leaderships of the different projects to include but not limited to, the animals, the gardens, the restaurant, the accommodations, events, ……
Members maintain separate personal finances with minimal sharing.
