Our energy-efficient, one-bedroom homes range from 1200 square feet to a “tiny house”, all surrounding our Common House.  Our available homes are featured on our website at

To live at Elderberry, you must first become a member and we encourage couples and singles who are interested to look at our self-questionnaires and our membership process at  

We govern ourselves and share in the maintenance of our community, including our organic gardens, groves, and outbuildings (woodshop, log cabin) as well as the extensive network of woodland trails we share with our sister community Potluck Farms next door.   We strongly believe in an active lifestyle and we enjoy doing that together.
