What we do

We invite you on a journey to remember what it means, to live as true brothers and sisters; to connect deeply to one another and to feel the fire of our light spirit pulsating lovingly inside our hearts.

We invite you to come, visit, live with us, let’s get to know each other and feel if you are part of our tribe and soul family and our shared mission.

We invite you to remember what it means to be a star seed, a light worker, an empath, a healer, perhaps a walk in, an earth angel, a crystalline, emerald or diamond activated being, or a divine soul having a human experience.

There are many gathering places across the planet, but the question is:
Do you also feel the call to Sardegna as we did?

Our Mission

We are a group of beings who have chosen to thrive, live cooperatively together and work through the inevitable challenges in different perceptions and see them as an opportunity for spiritual, physical and emotional growth and further our development while visiting this plane.

We converged due to our shared call, frequency, vision and values (developing and in progress awaiting your input as an equal beloved member of our tribe) and allow it to guide individual and collective responses.

We see the communal space, in and out, including the land as a living being that we want to be ready for ourselves, our tribe, kindred souls and friends. It is essential that our shared frequency and compatibility is on the same level, and we see this as an integral part of our coming together, by the law of resonance and magnetism.

We thrive with heart guided, kind, loving, gentle beings, yet who are assertive and use direct communication, addressing any possible issues as soon as possible, in a proportional manner.

We believe that the diversity of solutions and methods in a collective ownership context is key in living together and loving each other as a soul tribe and extended family.

We are looking for congenial soul tribe members who want to fully engage with cooperativising and collectivizing in joy and harmony in our community with our shared ideals.

People who thrive with us are those who either are highly motivated and priorize their healing/inner work, have done it; or are on their way.

We sympathize with those interested in being impeccable with their words and actions; those who know that Love is the Key and the reason we are here. Those who operationalize accountability in their lives, at every level, for themselves and their community/tribe/extended family.

We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, healthier, joyful, harmonious, sustainable and happier place by starting with ourselves and those around us. With the help of our members and volunteers, we organize exciting community-building events, workshops, seminars, talks, tours, fundraisers, and in-depth training sessions for all living on site including helpers, visitors and volunteers.

If this resonates with you, contact us and let’s start our heart-to-heart conversation.

Primary decision-making authority

  • Small Leadership Group

A few people (not elected by the broader community) make the major decisions.

Decision-making process

  • Consent-Based (Sociocracy)

Decisions proceed unless someone has a reasoned objection.

Governance structure

  • Sociocratic/Circle-Based

Organized in circles or domains with distributed authority.

Conflict resolution approach

We are small enough at the moment that we decide things together.
We use Sociocracy.
Active listening, we meditate, we find the best possible solution and let our hearts guide us since we all share the same mission, vision and goals.

Economic model

  • Complete Income-Sharing

All member income goes into common pool for community use.

Economic scenarios for this community

It all depends on the person, situation, skills, etc. We can find an agreement depending on the needs of the IC at the time, but there is certainly an energetical exchange. The longer the IC is established and the more we work on it, the higher the energetical exchange will be.
