We invite you to share our ready made extraordinary environment for short or long stays and to experience individual transformation and cultural co-creation. Coworking spaces with fiber internet combined with a flexible daily flow provide a supportive environment for personal or communal projects. Our coliving community is nestled in our friendly Andalusian village offering rooms and individual apartments for rent, with the opportunity to extend our life and activities organically to our nearby Ecovillage Laboratory – an artistic paradise where we also host short term participants and events.
Our paradise valley invites exploration, celebration, learning, and sanctuary. Here we enjoy treehouses, cave spaces, the ‘Spa’ glass temple with a hot tub, the ‘Moon temple’ as a sacred space for feminine empowerment and healing, the medicine wheel, a natural pool, and much more. The valley is a place of inherent magic, offered to us by Mother Earth, and cultivated over more than two decades of life’s sensations, emotions, learning, and transformative journeys, all celebrated in an organic flow of communal exploration.

The primary objective of the “Resonancia Community” is to cultivate a vibrant, interconnected community space founded on trust.

A wide array of activities enhances our shared experience, from communal food preparation and meals to regular talking stick circles, hot tub and whirlpool sessions, full moon parties, and much more
All integration starts with joining our Coliving for a few months. If a special resonance arises, there are many options to purchase houses or land in our local village.

You will have two options to temporarily join our community:
Join our Coliving: Rent a room or an apartment in our coliving houses within our small, friendly Andalusian village. You’ll have full access to the entire environment, inclusive our paradise valley and all amenities, including food and activities, with a minimum stay of two months.
Participate in the Ecovillage Laboratory: Engage with the community dynamics in our paradise valley, Valle de Sensaciones, with flexible stays ranging from a single weekend to several weeks. You pay day by day and can enjoy nature spaces like treehouses, clay houses, caravans, and outdoor beds.
A few people (not elected by the broader community) make the major decisions.
A single person, couple, or small group makes most major decisions.
Primary authority rests with the community’s founder(s) or designated leader(s).
Our main goal is to explore resonance within a group of people who join this exploration temporarily, for periods ranging from a few weeks to many months. We work within a defined framework and an agreement field that forms the foundation for how our human dynamics unfold.
Long-term decisions are made by those who hold the legal and economic responsibility. With the allies who settle in the neighborhood, we collaborate in a horizontal way, where each has their own area of self-realization, along with individual freedom and responsibilities.

We are providing a ready made community environment for temporary integration. Every participant contributed a daily or a monthly fee, including the disposition of indivual living space, free access to the entire community environment and the coworking spaces and also food supply and activities.
People how settle in our local village have their totally independent economy, and might contribute money, work or goods in exchange for using common amenities and joining activities.
