Members contribute a percentage of income to community funds.
Regular fees: $150
Labor: Encouraged or suggested (8 hrs/week)
Small rent as contribution for property taxes and helping out and caring if needed
Common House, Garden(s), Greenhouse(s), Outbuilding(s), Outdoor Kitchen, Fire pit, Swingsets & play areas, Internet
Countryside locations with significant distance from urban centers.
