A community of like-minded people who decided to move from cities to the countryside and have a sustainable way of life
Zeleni Kruchi ecovillage is an association of eco-homestead owners established on the territory of several neighboring villages in the south of Kyiv region. The basic specialization of the ecovillage is housekeeping and growing food using eco-technologies, as well as organizing and conducting educational and cultural events. Our goal is to be successful, happy and self-realized while living in a community.
Our mission: To manage the land, live in abundance and prosperity through harmonious interaction with each other and with nature, and to share this experience with others.
Our vision: A large, prosperous, eco-conscious community that is developing sustainably, where life is vibrant, where events take place, where good relations between people and effective ways of horizontal interaction are built.

The ecovillage was founded in 2012. It is located in a picturesque area.
The ecovillage has infrastructure for events for up to 30 people. There is a common land that is a certified carbon farm.

The community has its own part-time kindergarten.
Since 2022, Zeleni Kruchi has continued to grow despite living under the constant threat of war, with drones regularly flying overhead. Despite the challenges, the community is a home place that gives the feeling of safety, belonging and relative stability to its members.
