I’m Nina Diaz, a Certified Health Coach, Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist, and healthcare professional with a passion for helping people take practical steps toward healthier, stronger lives.
My wellness journey began with my own transition to vegan and whole-food, plant-based living in 2016 and grew into a professional mission spanning health coaching, fitness training, nutrition education, medical assisting, and phlebotomy.
Through Healthy Mobile Living, I bring these worlds together—movement, plant-based nutrition, health education, lifestyle coaching, and sustainable everyday habits. My approach is about meeting people where they are, helping them understand their bodies, and turning health information into actions they can actually use.
