Mindful Earth Farm is the first Mindful Earth Alliance member farm. It is an evolving multi-family community located on a six-acre certified organic, biodynamic permaculture farm outside of Ashland Oregon. We are weaving a regenerative, playful and prayerful living environment where both our littles and our own inner-children can evolve in a heart-centered, village oriented container that is grounded in living abundance, food sovereignty and collaborative land stewardship.

We currently have seven people, including me and my 8 year old daughter, living on the farm as well as goats, chickens, bunnies, three dogs and a few cats.  Although the farm has worn many cash hats over the last ten years, from a market garden, to a hemp farm, a hemp seed breeding research facility, and most recently a heritage grain research farm, the more permanent aspects of the farm including the food forests and horticulture have continued to evolve despite historic droughts and high temperatures over the last couple of years. As the focus from agricultural production has lifted, Mindful Earth Farm is now expanding towards using the existing farm as a teaching facility. We currently offer classes and workshops in biodynamic and “bio-resonant” farming and natural building as well as Detox and Cleansing retreats, kirtan, song circles and African drumming, and Bio-Resonant Science classes and summer camps.

Due to the intimate nature of living in a small farm community, receiving a family with similar values, ethics and lifestyles is important to us.  Over the years we have crafted healthy community agreements as well as protocols for decision making and conflict resolution. As living documents these agreements will be revisited in regular scheduled community meetings and molded to best accommodate the needs and offerings of potential community members.

As the Mindful Earth Alliance takes on additional bio-resonant land stewardship properties, we will be looking for skilled farmers, artisans an crafts folk and to steward these properties as well.

560 Art Collective is a long-standing anarchist artist collective based in the historic Westcott Neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. Many different people have called 560 their home in its 20 years of life as a collective; you’d be hard-pressed not to find a stranger who has their own story about the place. And in that way, 560 has always had the power to turn strangers into friends. From weekly potlucks to basement shows, couch surfers to activists, there aren’t many lives that Five-Sixty hasn’t lived.

Me and Roberto have been working on this project for 3 years in the mountains of North Colombia. It’s 50 hectacres, which 40 are forest and bordered by mountain streams. A few hectacres of pasture, gardens and coffee too. It’s a lot of physical and financial work and we need help with getting this project going. We have made little progress ourselves, just surviving and maintaining so far and realize we need to grow our team/tribe/community if we plan to make it. Please contact me for more info

Hemmeligheten is located on the north end of Senja and has its own private bay onto the North Sea. It is located on an old-fashioned sheep farm with nothing else in operation, but that will be changing this year. After profoundly positive feedback from organic gardening, farming, and environmental groups on various social media platforms, Nordwick and Hemmeligheten are ready to get underway.

Although the entire project is forecast to take a decade to bring to fruition, the setting is ideal for what is envisioned. Nordwick will be an experimental farm seeking new ways to use biomass and geothermal heat to completely rewrite how organic farms function in cooler climates.

In the long term, Hemmeligheten will be home to a creative village of niche artisans and craftsmen that make products from environmentally sustainable materials and organically derived produce. It will be the only village above the 60th parallel in the world to grow tropical fruits and vegetables for local sale. We aim to support the culinary diversity that is currently lacking in Norway and lead to innovative solutions as the world faces climate change in the future.

The farm and community aim to produce 99% of its own food, power, and raw materials for construction and other ongoing projects. We also aim to open an agro-classroom that will teach the next generation about what is possible in the world.

Hi there! This is Cal and wife Feathertree. We are currently living in a small town in a tiny home adjacent to the river (we have access to the water). We’re looking for a solid couple who are currently traveling around looking for a place to call home; who live in the world but are not of the world of consumerism. We want another couple to join our family.

We are quite rustic, though have running water and solar electricity. You would be the perfect fit if you would be excited to get naked and dirty growing vegetables and farming livestock for food; if you would be happy to pile in a car and go to a job with us every once in a while (currently we work a few hours a week across the road). You would be interested in being the best version of yourselves and would want to share everything as we grow together.

We’re interested in almost all spiritually practices though we don’t have much of a routine, especially now with much to do in the physical realm.

We are a growing ecovillage and intentional community called Rah Rah Village, located on 23 acres in beautiful southern Vermont since 2001.

For us, living as stewards in Nature, it is important to be respecting one another, and animals and all life, being respectful to the land and environment that sustains us, living with no oppressive debt, and being honest and credible – not being hypocrites, being of service to others, being empathetic to others’ lived experiences. We value work ethic, but we don’t expect an unreasonable amount of labor – just honest effort and showing up when it’s time. Our values are respect for nature and each other.

We believe, there are 5 simple requirements of living and thriving. They are, in this order:

1. Air. We need air to live. Fresh air is best, healthy and full of oxygen. It regenerates and heals the body.

2. Water. We are mostly made up of this stuff. It is vital that we have clean, pure water to drink.

3. Food. It should be healthy and as organic as possible with the vitamins and minerals that support our body’s requirements.

4. Shelter. We all need a roof over our heads. It does not need to be a “Mc Mansion” but ought to be secure and spacious enough for comfort and keeping personal possessions. It ought to allow privacy and offer peace and quiet for sleep and restoration.

5. Love. A Sense of belonging and sense of purpose. A need to be needed. Call it Family, friends, Community or tribe, but it is increasingly understood that interconnectedness with others is an important basic need of life. Our Human connections are the most important kind of therapy.

Here is what we at Rah Rah Community have worked out so far:

As far as #1, Air, is concerned, we live in a healthy tree filled environment.

For #2, Water, we have a deep well with a electric pump to drive it up to storage. The water has been tested and is clean and pure. It is health giving with minerals and no chlorine or fluoride, and filtered through porous sandstone and soapstone.

#3, Food. We have a vegetable garden, a greenhouse and enough acres that we should be able to feed 18 people year round if we decided to develop that as a project goal. We also do gleaning and utilize our local food shelf at times. Plans also call for the development of small poultry production and other food husbandry. The economics of having food, water, and utilities at the scale we envision are incredibly attractive. The health benefits of eating “off the land” are also desirable. Foraging for berries and other wild foods such as mushrooms, fiddleheads, various roots and edible flowers make for an interesting opportunity to find natural health benefits. The potential for hunting deer and turkeys and taking a direct approach for procuring one’s sustenance is an increasingly ethical option to just buying drug laced products from “factory farms”.

#4, Shelter:

• We own our property as an association. We work together to keep maintenance costs low, and strive to have a natural, pleasant community. We share common areas like pond sites and workshop and greenhouse, but honor privacy.

• A trailer, yurt or temporary dwelling is allowed while a member or members are planning on building their permanent home.

• We suggest the use of cordwood and native stones on the property to be the lowest cost and lowest impact materials for energy efficient and cost effective building. These cordwood homes would use our native “Cabbage Pines”, poplar and other woods we have in abundance, and could “grow up” vertically in the forest on the land as the needs of the family would desire.

Beyond these 5 basics there are a few more “essentials” that can help us enjoy our lives, like time with Nature, & animals, healthcare & medicine, leisure time, exercise, travel, art, music and education. Also we desire satisfying work to do that we feel makes a difference for the effort. Desirable too, are power and energy and tools for doing work, and communications for connecting with others. These are desirable for a well rounded and satisfying life. These make life worth living beyond just the basic necessities listed above.

These are just a few of the points of discussion that are hopefully of interest to others of “like mind”. We certainly cannot claim to have solved all of the problems of living, but we are looking to have a clear discourse with folks who may just get where we are coming from.

If the ideas presented here appeal to you and you would like to know more or ask further questions we would truly welcome the opportunity for more dialogue.

We are welcoming new members at this time, especially young people and families with children.

State of Grace Spiritual and Religious community is a multi-denominational religious and spiritual community of Original Christians, some Buddhists, some Taoists, some of Hindu varieties (Vedanta?) as Hinduism is many versions under one overall “umbrella”, each group doing their own individual practices and activities and doing the common activities together.

The primary foundational purpose of this community is to seek to help each member to achieve their maximum spiritual development towards achieving their own State of Grace, connection with Spirit, and enlightenment in the original Christian, Buddhist, Taoist versions of this.

The common purposes are working together to get the land (we have our plan for 5-10 committed core members to seek out and obtain our first piece of land), build our own housing, growing our own food (vegetarians must respect non-vegetarians choices), starting our own school for the kids, owning some things in common such as cars, trucks, lawnmowers, horses, our athletic center with swimming pool, etc.

And for all the members ages 14 and up to learn the TIR – Traumatic Incident Reduction trauma resolution work that is proven in a major university study to release PTSD in 15-20 session hours on average, the best of the 4 methods compared and 8 others investigated and declined for inclusion, and that 100% of the subjects in the study liked the best and 100% of them wanted more of this method for those high successes as well.  And to continue with the LSR – Life Stress Reduction work that is the second levels of this work.  This is intended to provide a good stable basis of our people working on their self-development and issues resolution and a good system of conflicts avoidance and resolution and seeking to avoid people taking their own issues out on others.

And for all members to support and assist the charitable ministry of helping other people to release their PTSD and other traumas, and to support the new model of a combined homeless shelter and rehabilitation program of duplicating the homeless shelter of another group in another state that is very successful and they are consulting with cities in 20-or-more states on doing this program there, and adding the TIR and LSR program to it for 1-year program for the shelter members, including gardening and growing chickens for growing their own food and working in community-owned businesses for earning their money and new life skills.

And doing natural medical systems of Chinese, Ayurvedic Indian, Naturopathic medicines and others, and eating a healthy diet, and practicing Tai Chi/Chi Gung and Hatha Yoga to avoid becoming a convalescent facility for people from eating a toxic diet.  Working towards maximum buoyant radiant physical health (which I’ve attained) for everyone.

The general plan is for getting more core members, families with kids, and following the plan to seek out and obtain the land upon which to build our village of houses in the ancient medieval middle-ages European cottage style with Hobbit-esque features and actual underground Hobbit houses, built with engineered concrete and non-metallic rebar for very-high disaster-resistance-to-proofness in wildfire-and-earthquake-prone Northern California and finished out with stone and other materials to look ancient authentic, and a replica of a 16th century European castle house for the academy for our kids.  And perhaps some other models of housing as well.

This is a way to build lower-cost and much more affordable houses so strong and disaster-proof out of modern engineered concrete with other modern materials that they don’t even need insurance, except perhaps renter’s insurance for belongings inside in case of an internal fire as the concrete structures are intended to be fireproof, waterproof, earthquake-proof, termite-proof rot and mold-proof, and low maintenance.  And so super-insulated and energy efficient and in this mild Mediterranean climate that they don’t actually need additional heating and cooling.

And we seek to achieve food independence by growing and preserving our own food as much as possible, including growing our own medicinal herbs and making our own herbal medicines, having our own farm animals such as chickens, cows and goats for dairy, horses, some exotics like llamas, etc.  And for being able to go horse riding on the beaches.

And to start community-owned businesses for members to work in that do not already have careers or good jobs.  Such as a counseling center offering these trauma and life stress reduction work sessions to the public.  And multiple others, small to large scale including manufacturing.

And to start a school for our kids based upon the most advanced school in the world we’ve been able to discover, and from which we have one of the former staff members and teachers ready to consult for us on building ours.  A school in which the average is the kids graduate high school and college in 1-2 years each, and the above average kids attain their first PhD’s by ages 14-16-18, just like the other super-smart kids out there.  And we already have an excellent classical K-12 program ready for the kids to start.  And the kids grow and cook their own food and do other activities that helps them become super-performing, super-achieving kids.  Such as learning authentic Kung Fu and other martial arts for self-defense and confidence, maturity, and other high positive attributes, and likely graduating as Kung Fu masters by the time the finish high school, or before.

This is a traditional, historically proven American, Chinese, European cultures community.

That’s it in brief.  There is much more to all this than we can mention here.

GreenEarthCity is working on a land acquisition project for the Cascadia BioRegion.   The scope of the project is 20 to 30 units centered around honoring the commons, regenerative design and permaculture.  The funding basic is LLC Shareholder Land Cooperative.  The ‘Firewall’ will ultimately be a CLT but not in the way that most CLT’s rely on constant expansion and fundraising to justify their existence.  Bylaws and Covenants will be simple and revolve around permaculture and sociocracy for governance.

We’re actively looking at parcels of land in Oregon and looking for team members/stewards.  GreenEarthCity has been around for over ten years and is currently working on several projects related to regenerative community development.  We also are in the process of developing land in the Alto Paraiso area of Brazil.

We are a solidarity cooperative of just over 20 people who purchased 700+ acres of Land in the Gatineau Hills. We intend to “disown” at least half of the Land and include it in a Land Trust for the Algonquin nation or people in it. We would like the other half to be part agricultural incubator (fruit, vegetables, nuts, animal sanctuary – respecting animal safe space), part semi-private event space mostly for education, part ecosystem restoration/preservation (especially the waterfront and marsh lands), and part intentional community. We have members who are interested in different aspects of the project (not all members will be living onsite).
The intentional community will hopefully have a shared community centre with apartments and rooms for rent, a multiplex, a tiny home pad, and low-impact-off-grid options (the members could own their own small dwellings but would rent the Land from the coop). We would like the community to eventually become self-sustaining. We envision the membership to be quite diverse, reflecting the landscape here and building resiliency. We envision a community where BIPOC and queer folx won’t be in the minority. We envision a community that is as accessible as we are able to afford and acquire grants for.
Our shared values are:
Natural Responsibility,
Algonquin Sovereignty,
Anti-Racism/Anti-Oppression,
Animism,
Holistic Health,
Liberation,
Thus far we have an old farmhouse where 4 members live. We are currently focused on establishing an Algonquin advisory committee and becoming financially stable to afford our hefty bills and finance the housing development. It’s been challenging in terms of time capacity (we are all volunteers), finances (most, if not all, of us are low-income), and skills (especially administrative).

Hello , Our names are Spirit and Seven. We are looking to create communal living on our one Hectare of land. the land was given to us by a land share that we are a part of. We want to help support one another and live organically and sustainably.
A bit about us, we are a young family with a 2 yr old and a 1yr old , Seven has 2 more kids that come see us as well from time to time as well as a border collie dog and cat that both live outdoors. We live a very simple life with few items and eat simply off the land. We are into creating music, gardening, respecting the earth, yoga, meditation, helping one another, hiking, learning, spirituality, and connecting to your inner self.  Our goal in life is to help shift the world to be more one with nature, respect the earth, respect each other and show love and compassion to others. This world is filled with consumerism and greed and high levels of ego. It is hard for a young couple that wants to detach from society and still live in this world. We don’t want to be in debt our whole life or work just to live.

What does communal living look like to us.
We are trying to get together with either a family or couple that are interested in working together to create food for us all with gardens and preserving and foraging. Sharing meals, raising our children together, sharing the load of responsibilities of living off grid, sharing a pool of money that is attributed to our community, sharing our land for you to build a small house or bring a building to live in, we could help you build a home on the land, sharing items such as our truck our yurt , our studio and many other possibilities, doing yoga and other spiritual practises together, Connecting to nature and one another and being there and supportive to each other, be happier.

Currently we have a house on the land that we have built, a small wood shed , a studio/guesthouse and a yurt. We have simple running water into our kitchen sink and a hand pump well, we aren’t connected to the grid but we do have a solar system. Our house is small but we are willing to open our home as a Landing spot if needed. Seven is willing to help with building as he helped build the house that we live in, our goal is to have maybe two or three families living here on the land, in small dwellings and have a community kitchen and living area that we could all get together and live in Harmony. We want to create practises and guidelines that is defined and written so we know the direction we want to go as a commune and make it clear so everyone understands it to avoid conflict. We want to open our home, the land that we’ve been gifted and our hearts and share with others and try to live differently.
If this sounds like something you want to explore more please email us at spoir7@gmail.com, taylarse@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 15064695257 or via Facebook at Spirit Arsenault

The Values
We are in the beginning stages of forming an intentional community on commonly shared land that is guided by three S’s: spirituality, sustainability, and social justice.
Spirituality – We believe we are connected to something much larger than ourselves and beyond the merely material, call it God, Creator, the Universe, the Cosmos. It is this belief that gives way to the deeper meaning of connection, a great weaver that weaves the fabric of life together. We pay homage to this Creator in the many interfaith forms in which it is manifested and engage in a collective and ongoing conversation and exploration of faith traditions, stories, philosophies, values, and rituals of multiple religions unrestricted by dogma.
Sustainability – We believe that all of creation has agency and life. Therefore it must be respected and protected. We envision our community being a place where we are a part of the ecosystem – from sustainable gardening practices, to carbon neutral dwellings, to efficient animal husbandry, to forms of activism outside of the community. We aim to be a visible gateway and witness to what needs to be in the here and now to preserve, heal, and restore to its natural course of evolution the natural and human world.
Social Justice – We believe that all beings are equally and wonderfully made. From the human person to the Joshua trees all are made equally. We live in a society that does not value the equality of the human person and does not value the pricelessness of the Joshua trees. We aim to be a visible witness to a society that knows and lives out equality for all. We will endeavor to create a safe and inclusive environment that is of welcome to people who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other communities which know oppression. We also aim to create a space where the physical environment is upheld and honored as its own life force. And we seek to creatively and courageously challenge the assumptions, habits, systems, and structures of ourselves and the world that continue this oppression and dishonor.
The Vision
We envision creating a multi-family Catholic Worker farm along the urban-rural divide. It would be far enough from the city to form a space of peace, retreat, and the growing of organic food and native plants, but close enough to the city to support the work of justice among its residents and to be in collaboration with the other intentional communities and justice organizations there, in particular the Mustard Seed, St. Francis and St. Teresa Catholic Worker, and Annunciation House.
Our tentative name is Makarioi Catholic Worker Farm, which refers to the Greek term often translated as blessed or happy in the Beatitudes and which designates to the joy that comes with living in accord with these core Gospel teachings. The community will aim to organize its life according to these Beatitudes – that is to be beggars in spirit, mourning for the pain and loss of the world, being gentle and nonviolent, hungering and thirsting for justice, showing mercy, having integrity of intention, actively making peace, and accepting persecution for the sake of justice.
Recognizing that structures of injustice, exclusion, and oppression have robbed many people of the ability to participate fully in society and denied society the fruits of diverse experiences, ways of thinking, and cultures, the Markarioi will be a diverse community and take active steps toward including members of historically excluded and oppressed groups as full and equal participants in community life and communal governance. These groups include but are not limited to those of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. Steps taken will include active participation in the work to eliminate racial, economic, and sexual injustice, participation in circles that include diverse membership, and the formation of a nonprofit to subsidize the cost of membership for those otherwise unable to acquire shares. The community will seek to embody St. Paul’s Body of Christ image in which different members will have different roles according to their gifts and experiences but where all such roles are equally respected and work together toward the common good.
The Community
We’re hoping that about 3 to 4 other families would share this land and vision with us, while each having their own dwelling and living space. We intend to engage in some form of hospitality on this land in a way that aligns with all residents’ privacy and safety needs. In addition to the core residential group, we envision this community containing a number of concentric circles of supporters, organizations, and communities (including the Worcester Catholic Worker communities and Agape) that participate in community life and collaborate in mission in various ways.
The community as a whole and each of its members will engage in the work of social justice in micro, mezzo, and macro ways, of which the community will decide the frequency, participation, duration, and display of such social action. Four areas of particular focus will be:
Providing therapeutic and spiritual healing in communion with nature
Providing hospitality and support to people experiencing homelessness
Serving as a witness to communal and sustainable living and encouraging others to adopt similar practices in their own lives
Engaging in direct action seeking systemic change

We believe that fostering a sense of community and mutual respect is essential to creating a peaceful and harmonious living environment.

We are seeking adults who bring valuable skills and financial security to our community, as we aim to create a self-sustaining and thriving ecosystem. Gold Bear Ranch is not a place for young people or those looking for a party scene; rather, we are looking for individuals who are ready to commit to a life of simplicity, hard work, and cooperation.

If you are ready to embrace a slower pace of life, immerse yourself in nature, and contribute to a community focused on sustainability and personal growth, Gold Bear Ranch may be the perfect place for you. Come join us in our journey towards a more harmonious way of living.

Hello, my name is Saphira and I live in Paraguay, on a large plot of land in the middle of nature. Together with my father we are on the way to becoming self-sufficient and we have many different great projects. Whether it’s a spring or a stream, a mountain or a vegetable garden – solar cells, etc. Every step along the way takes us away from civilisation and towards independence. We are still looking for people who have the desire and energy to help us advance such a project. Through meditation, yoga, vegan nutrition and much more, we strengthen body, soul and spirit. Drugs (including weed) cloud the clear path and have no place with us. If you also want to develop yourself in this way, then you are welcome to contact us on Instagram at “@amali.naturoase” Big hug Saphira

Terra Futura Farm is a “next step” community. The founders are community and permaculture educators who seek to share what we learn and know through every action. Terra Futura Farm is a pocket neighborhood inside the city limits of Asheville. We have a family-owned General Contracting business that we formed specifically to build green-built homes inside this property, where we currently live in a 1952 farmhouse.
Our origin story is two dreamers who are blending our families and blending our lives for a great adventure to connect with the Land, community, and our collective ancestors. We have had to take a crash course on real estate development, construction, and law to make our dream a reality. After a year and half, we are finally breaking ground!
Countless hours of council from Elders, as well as personal experience, has influenced how we are forming Terra Futura. Because of life circumstance, we did not form this community in the participatory way with an established group of members. It has given us a unique perspective of how we can influence the conventional construction and real estate development world toward building communities where people want to live. This movement of bringing people back to the Land and back to each other is global. Our vision is to be a community inspired by the rural “earthship” and eco-village ideas and make them accessible, in order to transform the conventional.
Though we started out with the intentions to be a housing co-op, there were legal, financing, and zoning hurdles that made starting out as a co-op impassible. We, like many other budding communities, have had to diversify our legal and ownership structures in order to get the dream off the ground. Our homes will be a mix of homes within an HOA, some single family homes on a small lot, some duplex and stand-alone units on common land, some below-market-rate rentals, and hopefully several owned by a co-op. The plan is to have 20 to 24 units of housing on this urban/suburban West Asheville 3 acres.
We aspire to live and work the Land in community, but design realistic expectations surrounding meetings, property maintenance, and governance. Our guiding values will be used in our community application process, and we will revisit them and adjust as inspired by incoming members. During and after construction, we plan to have amenities such as shared and individual regenerative garden spaces, gathering areas with fire rings, pathways from parking to house clusters, a food forest trail into our suburban Appalachian woods, and even a hot tub and sauna!
The most distinguishing feature of this eco-community will be our education. Whether we learn in the barn, in the loft-temple space, on the Land itself, or with one of our partner organizations, we will have teachers and guides providing regular talks and demonstrations on topics such as Critical theories and practices of Permaculture.

We will be an earth-friendly community with shared values around love, respect, and inclusivity. We expect to be forming during most of 2024 while we envision and plan what kind of community we can be. There will be perhaps 12 homes at most, depending on how they are built. This is a beautiful, sloping property about 40 minutes east of progressive Asheville, NC, in Western NC, which has several national forests and hundreds of waterfalls. Please join our Zoom meetings to contribute your beauty to the vision.

Ilatán is an association and a group of people that manages a forested area on the mountains of Northern Tenerife. Here we work on regenerating the surrounding ecosystem, producing food, and living in a joyful and relaxed way. There is also space for more people to join us in sharing and enjoying this place.

Our work in this ecosystem started only 5 years ago, which we have devoted to regenerating our environment and adapting to it, slowly establishing a food forest that integrates both edible and native trees – with a few hundred already planted and thousands more growing in our nursery – to complete the reforestation of the pace under our care, which is close to a hectare.

The human side of the project is close to a traditional village, where some shared spaces for socializing are available, but most of the time we each live our own lives – knowing the rest are there if we need them. Intimacy, personal space and natural day-to-day communication are priorities for us, rather than planning constant structured meetings and community activities (in pop culture terms, Ilatán looks more like a mountain retreat than a hippie commune). Our long-term vision is for this place to hold a multi-generational extended family, so we are open to receiving people of all ages.

We are family and our friends, 3 adults and 5 young humans. Several years ago we found this piece of land with an old settlement. We made the barn livable and right now we are spending our 4th winter in it. Another standing barn we are about to turn into a ceramic workshop. The old house is inhabited by our 5 goats but we plan to move them out and turn it into a library and apothecary in the near future. There are several other foundations of old houses that we wish to rebuild.

We live in Transylvania’s Apuseni mountains. This region is rich in minerals and wildlife. We are pretty isolated and our closest neighbors all have similar lifestyles. We have huge territories to roar around, several water sources on property, forests full of mushrooms and old orchards. Last year we started beekeeping and we see great potential in it since we are surrounded by mountain flora and black locust forests. We have several pillars to earn our income that we want to develop: herbal medicine, bee keeping, cheese making, kiln building, ceramics, gardening, seedlings and saplings. George occasionally works in IT to supplement our income, but overall we want to try getting our income locally. We love sauna and swimming in pond all year around.
