    Basic initial community will be over 250 acres with a pond of some sort and a 20′ shipping container as our utility Tech building providing limited electricity, well water, telephone and internet access via WiFi. Jack in your laptop and sit under the umbrella. then get back to work building yourself a house. or trade labor with locals
