I am seeking a person or small family who values warmth, integrity, and intentional living to share my home. This is not about filling the space, but about cultivating the right energy in a home.

Boxborough is a small rural town of about 5,500 people, about 45 minutes from Boston when the roads are clear. It is peaceful and green, surrounded by conservation land and walking trails, yet within 15 to 20 minutes of nearby shops and community life. The local schools are among the top in the state, and the town has a grounded, neighborly feel. The home is underutilized. It is spacious and light-filled, about 3,500 square feet on an acre of land. It’s a place for reflection, creativity, and connection.

A little about me: I live here with my two thoughtful daughters, and we are building a slower, more intentional rhythm of life. I work in community and economic development and value peace, purpose, and grounded living. This home feels like a sanctuary to me, a place where life can unfold at a thoughtful pace. I am also very world minded. Through my work, I often participate in panels and exchanges with professional delegations from India, China, several Latin American countries, and many parts of Africa. One of the highlights for me was meeting someone from Equatorial Guinea, the only Spanish speaking country in Africa. I am of Dominican heritage and carry that sense of cultural warmth and openness into how I live and host. I am new to gardening and would especially welcome someone who knows what they’re doing in that department :).

I would love to connect with a working professional(s) who is seeking both steadiness and alignment during these shifting times, or relocating from out of state who wants to be in a community that reflects their values. The right match matters most. I am open to beginning conversations now, with the intention to start this living arrangement in January 2026, or earlier if the right fit naturally comes through.
