The anticipated agenda includes 1-round two of the strategic planning initiative we launched in the spring, where we hear back from the four teams building different scenarios about the demand for community in the next 10 years and the opportunities for FIC in those futures 2-compensation issues--how to define "fair" wages in an unequal world 3-the Fellowship's role in promoting greater collaboration among nonprofits committed to the value of cooperation and 4-checking up on a surge of interest in regional networking, which has been building steam for the last year. Our new online Directory will be a free searchable communities database. Intentional communities around the world will be invited to add and update listings. In addition, we aim to have a new Communities Directory print edition in 2005 and are assembling staffers now for that task. We will be inviting communities to update their information in our online database soon.
