Join Us For FIC Meetings in Ann Arbor this
Halloween! Oct 31–Nov 2, 2012.

The Fellowship for Intentional Community will be holding its
fall organizational meetings Oct 31–Nov 2, 2012 at Sunward &
Great Oak, neighboring cohousing communities in Ann Arbor MI, and you’re
invited!
If you’re interested in what FIC is doing or in meeting the people behind the curtain, join us for any or all of our three days of camaraderie, conversation, and cogitation.
Highlights of our agenda include:
- reviewing our Events program after hosting back–to–back Art of
Community gatherings the last two Septembers
- entertaining ideas for enhancing our website—including better use
of video
- discussing our capital campaign to fund the construction of energy efficient
headquarters in Missouri (replacing our funky 1970s–era trailer)
- and collaborating with sister organizations.
Speaking of collaboration, our meetings will occur just ahead of NASCO’s
annual
Institute, where 300–400 people from student co-ops across the US &
Canada will gather Nov 2–4 on the University of Michigan Ann Arbor campus
to learn about one another, celebrate cooperation, and share stories and skills.
FIC will be there to help with the bookstore and contribute to the plethora of
workshops.

If you’re interested in community networking—or have questions about
how to handle challenges your group is facing—this is a terrific opportunity
to get together with community veterans to scratch that itch. We hope you’ll
join us!
See our board
meetings webpage for past event locations, and more
details about this event.
