A Unique Fellowship Conference Gathering
Occidental, California

Now more than ever it's vitally important that we gather together to replenish ourselves with others who share the values of community and cooperation as essential ingredients in a THRIVING culture.

In addition to our main conference weekend, on Sept. 24th & 25th we're offering 2 workshop intensives as well as hosting the Social Change Summit.

Workshop Intensives

Worldwork Conflict Processes (based on the process work of Arnold Mindell) facilitated by Carol Swann and India Harville.

“Worldwork” commonly deals with hot issues such as: power dynamics, race, privilege, ageism etc. and how the personal relates to the political. Learn a set of Worldwork tools that support an awareness of the container in which EVERYONE is considered a “Participant/Facilitator” in their own unique way.

Explore how we organize ourselves to get things done, focusing on Sociocracy (a.k.a. Dynamic Governance), a whole systems full-featured design for self-governance, suitable for any group, organization, business, cooperative or other collection of people who want to organize and govern themselves effectively & efficiently.

Art of Community Social Change Summit

The Social Change Summit brings together folks with a fire in their belly about making a difference in the world, who are committed to social change via the vehicle of community, and who seek higher levels of collaboration with other organizations and intentional communities.

We invite you to be a part of taking your commitment to the next level by participating at the level of collaborative networking that is required to write a new narrative which includes the concepts of living in community and the skills of a cooperative culture as not just a desired way of living, but as essential to our and our planet’s health and well being.

Alexander Laszlo , President of the International Society for the Systems Sciences (ISSS), will open the Summit by sharing his thoughts on the importance of gathering to have conversations that matter. On the second day, Caroline Estes will talk about Social Change Movements and the importance of collaboration and organization.

We’ll share the assets and resources which we offer as social change agents and organizations, explore what challenges we are facing, and look at solutions we can enact through collaboration.

Check out our website for ticket prices, full schedule and program details, information on pre-conference community tours, and much more...
