Mission Statement:

Creating a World of Heart-Centered Connective Community & deep Sustainability through Radical Spiritual Permaculture

Community Description:

This is not a established community yet thus is not residential at the moment. I/we are forming. There is no land or eco-village structure community built yet. Looking to be in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Nelson BC Canada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming or Central America,

Would Love to connect to others who would Love to help start an Eclectic Spiritual, Buddhist and Tantric Ecovillage (Neo-Tantric). It would include a Retreat Center, Sanctuary and Tantra Temple all based in a permaculture-based Ecovillage. Looking for people who are interested and passionate about permaculture, Tantra/Sacred Intimacy/Sacred, Conscious Sexuality, the spiritual path that wants to create a powerful center and knows of some land to do so (Tantra: Spiritual Awakening through Heart-Centered Sensation particularly Sacred/Spiritual Sexuality).

The vision is to start an egalitarian, Spiritual Eco-village that is Heart-Centered. Would love to utilized geothermal energy system for our electricity as well as wind, solar and hydro. It would be ideal to do an ecovillage at a hot springs location.

Heart-Centered community allows people to be authentic, sincere, to speak from their hearts, accepting and allows an environment to be healing, compassionate and caring. Cultural Transformation and Healing is key for this (unlearning our societal programming).

I want to build this community from scratch using natural building techniques. We also want to be a retreat center and holistic healing arts center.

Please contact me if you share in this vision. Looking for others who share this passion in Heart-Centered Culture. And, looking for investors and others who have money in order to build this ecovillage.

This is my ideal Eco-village (from my experience of many communities and a few ecovillages I have visited): An Egalitarian, Communal, Spiritual Heart-Centered Eco-village/Eco-Spiritual Intentional Community with a Co-housing Pod.

I am looking to join with other like-minded and like-hearted people to join in this endeavor who would like to form a community/ecovillage like this-even others who are already forming a community.

Here are some other ideal characteristics: Heart-Centered meaning a space of non-judgment, acceptance, authenticity, Love & Compassion as a base of our relating in order to meet my and all of our needs for safety & trust; Eclectic Spirituality: a place where all spiritual paths (including Permaculture and other Earth-based spirituality is honored); Centered around a Hot Springs area where we can utilize hot water and steam vents for geothermal energy; utilizing all renewable energy resources: geothermal, wind, solar, hydro, etc.; having community-based cooperative businesses in order to support the community (*please see down below); growing most of our own food (at least 50%) including orchards; consensus based; village/communal/pod based; possible alternative currency fluid in community; mostly natural building practiced; composting toilets; community center; Heart Meditation Temple, Built on a land trust, earthships, aquaculture, etc.

*Community Business Idea: Alternative Gas Station & Natural Foods Convenient Store having regular gasoline and E-10, E-85, Biodiesel, Compressed Natural Gas, Electric hook ups for electric cars, etc.

And, like many people forming communities I am limited on funding. I would love to secure development funding or/and get investors that Love to invest into projects like this.

Please get in touch with me if you resonate with this vision. I prefer email first. Thank you.

Sincerely, Jeremy/Shimmer
