Community Description:

Seeking Active Adults age 40 and up to live in a green-built 55+ community hopefully to be located near King of Prussia and Valley Forge Park, in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, in Pennsylvania. We have located a nice piece of land, but it is tied up in a Court Case so until that is settled, it cannot go on the market. We are actively recruiting those that might like to be part of forming the Community around that land, making decisions as to what we should do in future. Upper Merion Township has an Active Adult Zoning Ordinance already in place, and we hope to fit right into that Ordinance so well that we are up and building as soon as possible. We believe that the Township is progressive in its thinking and will welcome all the green features of an Ecovillage if we offer green “upgrades” to future households.

Come join us and help us form the most livable community we can in terms of establishing a close neighborhood of people all striving to be good to the Earth and to each other!!
