Esperanza de Sol de Finca Amanecer

(Londres de Quepos, Puntarenas, Costa Rica)

Mission Statement:

Reconnect with Nature, your SOUL, and Inner Child. Adult Summer Camp in the middle of WINTER.

Community Description:

Amanecer means “Awakening!” and Sunrise
Enjoy 80 degree weather (23-28C) year round, we are cooler and green than Quepos. 7 acres with 500′ of creek frontage and Rio Naranjo across the street.

Our Vision: To share a “Lust for Life” while living in harmony with neighbors and nature, with multiple centers of creative initiative. We help people step out of the box and into a fuller life.

Finca Amanecer 3 housing plans: 4 private double rooms with WiFi, daily tropical breakfast, plus weekly maid and laundry service. La Casa Vieja Dorm offers dorm rooms, shared bath and all of the above except Laundry. Laughing Gecko Campgrounds offers private tents with a double bed, and breakfast.

Lauren Lust and Christopher Grant are heading this way and planning to stay and take the finca to the next lever, including a permaculture instructor and sustainable building. https://www.gofundme.com/Finca/

Spending the season with us offers lots of optional activities at a discount. Plus services from other members like: massage, yoga, life coaching, movie night, join the discussion and of course full workshops in permaculture and sustainable building. Enjoy morning Yoga or PanEuRhythmy (a spiritual dance from Bulgaria), meet like-minded people; eat right and disconnect from stress. No TV, no smoking and enough WiFi to in touch with friends and family. Come share YOUR gifts and talents and co-create a shared economy, so I can retire and the team can take the finca to the next level… (I am being called to share PanEuRhythmy on the global stage)

New construction will be off grid, and you can grow your own home with bamboo planted in 2002. We are currently building our first “Jungalow”(bungalow in the Jungle) . The land is held in a LEGAL PARTNERSHIP, and offers stock memberships in the whole, (creating oneness) rather than selling “lots” (separating us).

Please come enjoy the Pura Vida life.
