Esperanza de Sol de Finca Amanecer

(Londres de Quepos, Puntarenas, Costa Rica)

Mission Statement:

Holistic living

Community Description:

Amanecer means “Awakening!” and Sunrise

Tired of a hectic life and failing, broken systems? Letting go of other people’s beliefs systems brings you closer to FREEDOM. We offer health, climate, housing and economic alternatives. Additionally, we will be hosting “Adult Summer Camp, in the middle of WINTER”.

Our Vision: To share a “Lust for Life” while living in harmony with neighbors and nature, with multiple centers of creative initiative. We help people step out of the box and into a fuller life.

On the Pacific side of Costa Rica, at 300 ft.(100m), Jan-April it is warm and dry. May-Sept it is cool and green. It’s perfect for enjoying all our amenities, and 500′ of creek as our property limits!
Our 6 acres of flat, fertile land is held in an LLP. The 8 bedroom, 3 bath, community house includes a yoga floor and relaxing patio. Enjoy morning Yoga or PanEuRhythmy (a spiritual dance from Bulgaria), meet like-minded people; eat right and disconnect from stress. No TV, and less time in the kitchen! With 2MG WiFi you’ll stay in touch with friends and family.

Londres, ten miles E. of Quepos, is a typical Tico town of 1500 people with 2 schools,6 churches,2 mini-supers, bazaar, “soda”(cafe),restaurant-bar, parks and a “futbol” field, all within walking distance. Enjoy ATVs,rafting, waterfalls, horseback riding, zip lines, repelling, or fantastic bird-watching. Rio Naranjo, across the road, is a lazy river Dec.-April, and Class III/IV whitewater May to Nov. World famous Manuel Antonio NP is 40 minutes by car. Quepos, with ATMs, many services, buses, restaurants and shopping is 25 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus, 7 times daily. (The road can get pretty rough, on the bus you won’t notice the potholes as much. LOL)

Interested in becoming member of our Eco-Community? New construction will be off grid, and you can grow your own home with bamboo planted in 2002. We are currently building our first “Jungalow”(bungalow in the Jungle) . The LLP offers stock memberships in the whole, (creating oneness) rather than selling “lots” (separating us).

Please come enjoy the Pura Vida life.
