Esperanza de Sol de Finca Amanecer

(Londres de Quepos, Puntarenas, Costa Rica)

Mission Statement:

Reconnect with Nature, your SOUL, and Inner Child. Sustainable Living.

Community Description:

Amanecer means “Awakening!” or Sunrise
Enjoy 80 degree weather (23-28C) year round, we are cooler and green than Quepos. 7 acres with 500′ of creek frontage and Rio Naranjo across the street.

Our Vision: To share a “Lust for Life” while living in harmony with neighbors and nature, with multiple centers of creative initiative. We help people step out of the box and into a fuller more sustainable life. In the Green Season (May- Dec 15) you can rent a Private Double (1 person) $200, or Prvate QUEEN (2 people) $350. Enjoy Mangoes, Avocados, bananas, yucca and maybe play in the gardens.
Wanna try clothing optional, check our My Secrete Garden.

I am recently married and ready to retire. I am offering the B&B for sale on 2404M2, or partnership on the entire 5+ acres, with creek frontage.

Our first “Jungalow”(bungalow in the Jungle) built with bamboo harvested from the finca . The land is held in a LEGAL PARTNERSHIP, and offers stock memberships in the whole, (creating oneness) rather than selling “lots” (separating us). Think of it as pre-paid rent or a Life Estate.

Please come enjoy the Pura Vida life.
