Mission Statement:

Healing, Organic, Spiritual

Community Description:

To heal means not only to make whole, but to make uninjured, unhurt and unharmed.

As the nutrients within our body heal our cells, our mind and spirit also need nutrition to heal. We need soothing and nurturing sounds, sights, thoughts, words and deeds – from within and from without.

Just as a cast protects a bone so that it can mend, the mind and spirit need a safe place, free from outside jars and bumps, sound and commotion.

If you seek such a place, or to create one, I invite you to join me!
