Community Description:

Beginning permaculture farm on 80 acres 20 minutes outside of Capitol. Hoping to create flexible income sharing community that will derive income from member interests (i.e., Farming ,hosting & teaching workshops, art, crafts, etc). We have an interest in Earth honoring traditions, appropriate technologies, and sustainable principles.

Among our intended projects are; environmental education non-profit, forest farming/gardening, pasture raised animals, perennial foods, renewable energy production, green/natural building techniques, hosting sustainable/ healthy living retreats and workshops, artist collective and much more.

We are a down-to-earth couple, currently building our first residence on the land. We are seeking others who may want to live on the land and help us create a sustainable community that celebrates the Earth, and each other.
